To cancel your order, contact us right away at email@example.com or 909-397-8816.
Orders that have not shipped will incur a 15% cancellation fee of the total amount paid excluding tax and shipping.
If your order is in shipping transit while cancelled, there will be a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount paid excluding tax and shipping. All reconsign fees and freight fees will be forwarded to the customer.
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted if your order is new and unused. There is a 20% restocking fee of the total amount paid excluding tax and shipping.
Best Sheet Metal, Inc. reserves the sole right to decline or accept any returns without inspections.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 909-397-8816. A return claim will be started. We will require photos and a short description of your return reason. A representative will provide you with an initial decline or acceptance to return. Instructions to ship your order back to BSM will be sent shortly. The customer is responsible for paying for their own return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your order is received, there will be an initial inspection. If your order is accepted, a credit in the form of a checked will be mailed to your billing address provided.
If your order is declined after inspection, a representative will contact you and set up shipping back to you.
Best Sheet Metal only replaces or exchanges items if they are defective or damaged prior to shipping. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, contact us at email@example.com or 909-397-8816. A representative will help you shortly.
Shipping Back to BSM
After your claim has been accepted, ship your items back to Best Sheet Metal Inc., 1500 E. 1st Street, Pomona, CA 91766.
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping.
Receiving damaged freight
If your item is received damaged, refuse freight. We will start a damaged freight claim for you and send you replacement sinks. Contact us as soon as you refuse freight. For more instructions, please see our shipping policy.
