Yes, all of our sinks have a lead time, unless otherwise stated. 

• Orders for smaller hand sinks are usually shipped within 5 business of the purchase date via UPS Ground.
• Orders for the larger, 36” and above, wash up multi-station sinks are shipped within 7-10 business days after receiving cleared payment. Orders with more than 1 sink require an additional handling time of 3 business days per sink.
• Please note that these sinks are fabricated here in our shop!
• Due to high volume, lead time may change. Lead times mentioned are not guaranteed.

Transit times are NOT included with the lead time. Transit times are separate from lead times.

Transit time are estimated and not guaranteed. Best Sheet Metal is not responsible if the freight company changed the estimated arrival date.

Transit times vary from state to state. All orders are shipped from California.

Sinks come with a standard lead time as stated in our shipping policy. We understand that this lead time may be too long, as your project calls for the sink right away. Please give us a call before or after you have placed your order. We may be able to expedite your order. There is a fee to expedite orders.  Expedited orders are not always available due to production schedule. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact us at 909-397-8816. 

^{Buyers please remember to inspect the shipment upon arrival for any damages that may have been caused during transit. If there is visible damage, make sure to note it on the bill of lading with the driver. Notify Best Sheet Metal in case of damage at 909-397-8816.}

^{Damage or shortage claims will ONLY be honored if it is noted on the bill of lading.}

^{PLEASE thoroughly review all products and packaging. DO NOT accept damaged freight. Freight damaged can be concealed by packaging; packaging must be removed to perform a thorough inspection for damage. Receiver is responsible for any damage or loss not noted on the delivery receipt. In case of concealed freight damage, carrier must be notified immediately. *Neither Best Sheet Metal nor the freight carrier will be responsible for damaged or missing items that are not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery* Buyer is responsible for return freight charges.}

^{If you receive your sink with damage sustained during transit, you need to IMMEDIATELY follow these steps.} 

• ^{Upon receiving the damaged package, begin inspecting and looking for any major damaged to the sink body. . BSM uses third party carriers. The drivers have to wait until you receive freight and sign, so we highly encourage you to thoroughly inspect your items.} 

• ^{If you notice major damage to the sink body, refuse the package and ask the driver to note it on the Bill of Lading.} 

• ^{Take as many pictures a possible to assist the claim.}

• ^{Call BSM at 888-444-0773 and let us know what has happened. Please have your invoice number and company name handy to make sure we can identify your order. We will immediately start a claim for you.} 

• ^{Once your claim has started, we will start making a new sink to expedite and send to you}

^{We understand that your project may be time sensitive, that is why we will always strive to make the replacement sink as quickly as possible.} 

^{We ask for your patience in this time, your claim will get resolved in a timely manner.} 

Shipping must be to a commercial location with loading dock and forklift. If the commercial location has neither, a shipping charge will be incurred. Please contact us if you have neither and we will provide you with a shipping estimate. 

Examples of limited access locations are the following: 

a. Commercial establishments not open to the walk in public normal business hours.
b. Construction sites (see note 1) 
c. Fairs, Carnivals, Chautauqua’s 
d. Military Bases / Installations 
e. Mine Sites (see note 2)
f. Prisons 
g. Schools 
h. Churches 
i. Mini Storage Facilities
j. Navy Pier
k. O’Hare Expo Center 
l. O’Hare International Airport
m. Non-Standard Equipment (See Note 3) 
n. Sites with extensive security processes Freight charges must be prepaid on all shipments consigned to Limited Access Locations.

 Note 1 - The term “Construction Site” shall be defined as the site of any construction of buildings, roads or bridges or other structures including the entire property upon which the construction is taking place, and delivery to any facility (such as warehouses, depots, supply houses or similar facilities) located on such property. 

Note 2 – The term “Mine Site” shall be defined as the site of any pit, excavation, shaft or deposit at which coal, ore or minerals is, has been, or will be extracted. Such site or “mine” shall include the entire property upon which the mine is located, and delivery to any facility (such as mine warehouses, mine deposits, mine supply house, mine tipples or similar receiving facilities) located on such property will be considered as delivery to a mine. On shipments involving stop offs, charges apply to each portion of the shipment delivered to a mine site. 

Note 3 –The term “Non-Standard Equipment” refers to equipment such as a straight truck. This accessorial applies when the customer requests freight to be picked up or delivered on a straight truck.
