Commercial Stainless-Steel Items
Best Sheet Metal, Inc. warrants commercial stainless-steel sink body to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This excludes any damage that may be sustained in the shipping transit. This warranty does not cover transportation charges. All shipping is to be covered by the customer via FREIGHT.
If you have received an order that was severely damaged during transit, contact us at sales@bsmss.com or (888)444-0773. Please see our shipping and return policy for more information about damaged orders.
If you believe your order was incorrectly made or defected in the fabrication process, you may file a claim.
Warranty Terms
- Upon Initiation of warranty, customers agree all warranty items are the original items includedwith their original order.
- No replacements purchased outside of Best Sheet Metal. Inc. are accepted.
- Warranty items are to be under the warranty period. (5 years after delivery date)
- Warranty items are only replaced when the defect stems from the manufacture. Any cannibalizeditems will not be honored.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does NOT cover damage or defects caused by:
- Improper installation or installation not in accordance with instructions
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Use of abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals causing scratches, discoloration or rust.
- Normal wear including minor scratches or water spots
- Alteration or modification of the sink
- Damage caused by dropping heavy objects or intentional impact
Warranty Process
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
- Photos or description of the defect
- After claim has been approved by a BSM representative, customer is responsible for shipping the defective sink to us via FREIGHT. Best Sheet Metal Inc. will NOT cover any shipping fees related to a sink warranty.
- Upon receiving the defective item, Best Sheet Metal, Inc. will inspect it. If the item is determined to be cannibalized, the item will be shipped back to the customer. The customer agrees to pay full price for the return shipping.
- If a defect is confirmed, Best Sheet Metal will repair the stainless-steel sink or replace it.
