Thank you for selecting Best Sheet Metal, Inc. products. Our company is committed to bringing you products of the highest quality and value.

Commercial Stainless-Steel Items

Best Sheet Metal, Inc. warrants commercial stainless-steel sink body to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This excludes any damages that may be sustained in the shipping transit. This warranty does not cover transportation or installation charges.

If you have received an order that was severely damaged during transit, contact us at bestsheetmetal@bsmss.com or 888-444-0773. Please see our SHIPPING and RETURN policy for more information about damaged orders.

If you believe your order was incorrectly made or defected in the fabrication process, you may file a claim. Please download this file and email it to bestsheetmetal@bsmss.com. A representative will contact you.

Sink Warranty Terms

•Upon Initiation of warranty, customer agrees all warrantied items are the original items included with their original order. No replacements purchased outside of Best Sheet Metal. Inc. are accepted.

•Warranty items are to be under the warranty period. (5 year after delivery date)

•Warrantied items are only replaced when the defect stems from the manufacture. Any cannibalized* items will not be honored.

  • Upon receiving the defective item, Best Sheet Metal, Inc. will inspect it.
  • If the item is determined to be cannibalized, the item will be shipped back to the customer. The customer agrees to pay full price for the return shipping.

•All shipping is to be covered by the customer via FREIGHT. Under no circumstances will BSM Inc. cover any shipping fees related to a sink warranty.

•If damaged in transit, BSM Inc. is not responsible, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

Accessories Warranty Terms

Best Sheet Metal, Inc. warrants commercial faucets and hardware to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the date of receiving.

If you believe you have received a defective accessory, please contact us at bestsheetmetal@bsmss.com or 888-444-0773 to start a claim.


• Upon Initiation of warranty, customer agrees all warrantied items are the original items included with their original order. No replacements purchased outside of Best Sheet Metal. Inc. are accepted.

• Any alterations made on the item automatically voids all warranty.


• The replacement item will be sent ONLY through ground shipping. Expedited services are not included.


• If damaged in transit, BSM Inc. is not responsible, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

*A cannibalized item is any item that is broken after receiving. Items can be broken upon installation or by incorrectly installing parts. Both instances are not covered by the manufacture.
