Accessories Warranty Policy

Best Sheet Metal, Inc. warrants commercial faucets and hardware to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the date of receiving.

If you experience a problem with your faucet or hardware that you believe is due to a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at sales@bsmss.com or give us a call at (888)444-0773.

Warranty Terms

  • Upon Initiation of warranty, customers agree all warranty items are the original items included with their original order. No replacements purchased outside of Best Sheet Metal. Inc. are accepted.
  • Warranty items are to be under the warranty period. (1 year after delivery date)
  • Any cannibalized* items, alterations made or improper installations will not be honored. This automatically voids the warranty.

Warranty Process:

1. Purchase a Replacement

  • To minimize downtime, customers are required to purchase a new faucet/accessorie of the same model directly from us. Warranty claims will not be processed until a new item is purchased.

2. Return the Defective Item for Inspection

  • Once the replacement is received, please send the defective item back to our vendor for inspection.

3. Inspection and Reimbursement

  • Our vendor warranty team will inspect the returned item to determine if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under our warranty terms.
  • If approved, we will issue a refund for the replacement item purchased. (Shipping costs are non-refundable)
  • If the item is found not to be defective or the issue is due to improper installation, misuse, normal wear, etc. the warranty will not apply, and the replacement cost will not be reimbursed.
